Our group looks at theoretical investigations of various fluid flow problems such as Viscous fingering (VF) instability in miscible and immiscible fluids. We also investigate influence of hydrodynamic instability in the flow based separation (ex: Liquid Cromatography). These fascinating hydrodynamic problems are modelled mathematically and both qualitative and quantitative analyses are performed.
