Biography: 
Dr. Brijesh Kumbhani received the PhD degree from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE), Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati in 2015. He completed his BE degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Dharmsinh Desai University (DDU), Nadiad, India, in 2010. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. Prior to join IIT Ropar, he was with Indian Institute of Information Technology Kota. His research interests are in the areas of MIMO wireless communication and UWB communication systems. He had been involved in organizing several workshops under IEEE student branch.
Areas of Research: 
MIMO wireless communication systems and UWB systems. Current research interests lies in the domains of energy efficient wireless technologies with high spectral efficiency.
