|5:30 PM to 6:30 PM||Therapeutic Session||Multi Purpose Hall|
|6:30 PM to 7:30 PM||Question/Answers session related to Yoga and its importance in today’s life||Multi Purpose Hall|
During the 10 days Yoga practice sessions, we will have the opportunity to participate in over 30 hours of Yoga classes from the best Yoga teacher Acharya Shirva Sudhesh Chand ji, who is practicing multiple styles of Yoga including Power Yoga, Kriya Yoga.
While each day’s class offerings vary from day-to-day, the general daily program of IYD includes:
- Daily class for Pranayama starts from 6 am with a prayer session.
- Every evening at 6.00 PM we hold a one-hour yoga class with yoga asana , followed by simple exercises.
- At 7:00 pm you can join one of several an hour of therapeutic yoga sessions.
- Question/Answer session is just after the therapeutic.
