As an operative and strategic planning specialist, he has deep knowledge of and familiarity with cross-border deals for startups, small and medium enterprises and global businesses.
Shashank has been the founder of an investment advisory firm and partner at a boutique investment bank that has a history of forging strategic alliances and of creating funding syndicates through a very strong bond of relationships and a global network. He has also undertaken a proprietary market research and analysis for a unit of a very large bank that has a geographical asset exposure of over USD 10 billion.
Shashank has sales revenues of USD 1 billion under his belt solidly built over work experience at leading advisory, manufacturing and services companies. He is passionate about activating organic and inorganic growth in emerging markets across Asia and Africa. Shashank's experience is built on developing integrated strategy for network, business development, sales and marketing. His management style and cross cultural skills have been further developed through experience across twenty different multinational teams. Shashank has an MBA from Duke University and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).
