Inside the Robotics Club: Building the Future, One Bot at a Time

šŸ¤– Welcome to the Robotics Club

The Robotics Club is the innovation engine of our campus—a thriving community of thinkers, tinkerers, and creators passionate about building intelligent machines that sense, decide, and act autonomously.

We dive deep into the intersection of hardware and software, pushing boundaries in robotics, embedded systems, control, and AI to create systems that are not just functional but intelligent.

🚧 What We Do

We work across the full stack of robotics—from low-level hardware to high-level autonomy. Our projects and sessions cover a wide range of subjects:

šŸ”Œ Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers

We build robots from the ground up using platforms like Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Teensy, and more. From interfacing sensors and actuators to optimizing real-time performance, our focus is on hands-on development at the firmware level.

āš™ļø Control Systems

Understanding how robots move and respond is fundamental.

We implement PID controllers, feedback loops, motion planning, and trajectory control in mobile robots, arms, and drones—bridging theory with real-world tuning and testing.

🧠 Robotics Operating System (ROS & ROS2)

We use ROS to structure complex robotic systems. Our members work with URDFs, TFs, navigation stacks, and sensor integration to enable modular and scalable robotics applications, especially in autonomous navigation and swarm coordination.

šŸ› ļø Electronics & Mechatronics

We design and fabricate PCBs, manage power systems, and integrate motors, sensors, and structural components to create reliable and efficient robotic hardware.

šŸ‘ļø Perception & Computer Vision

From line following to object tracking and SLAM, we use OpenCV, LiDAR, cameras, and IR sensors to make robots "see" and interpret their environment.

🧠 Autonomous Systems & AI

We explore decision-making, path planning, reinforcement learning, and swarm intelligence—blending algorithm design with real-world robotics.

šŸ“¶ IoT & Wireless Communication

Building connected systems with nRF24L01, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and cloud platforms for remote control, telemetry, and multi-node communication in robotics applications.

šŸ› ļø Our Activities

šŸŽÆ Our Vision

To create a collaborative space where students gain deep, practical exposure to robotics, covering everything from hardware integration and embedded systems to autonomous control, AI, and intelligent software frameworks.

We aim to inspire students to build solutions for real-world problems using robotic technologies—nurturing innovation, curiosity, and engineering excellence.
