Rajeev Ahuja

Prof. Rajeev Ahuja, the Director of IIT Ropar, is a Professor of Computational Materials Science primarily researching about batteries, hydrogen storage and production, sensors, and high-pressure physics. He has previously worked as Professor at Uppsala University in Sweden for more than 30 years. With more than 1000 scientific publications in high-ranking international journals accumulating more than 41000 citations.

He is an elected fellow of the Swedish Royal Society of Sciences, the Royal Society of Chemistry, an APS-Fellow of the American Physical Society, an advisory Board member of the Journal of Materials Chemistry and Materials Advances of the Royal Society of Chemistry, and the Associate Editor of Nano Energy.
