Leadership has always been fundamental to the functioning of higher education institutions and their libraries. However, the continuous growing complexity in the external environment, demand different type of leadership that is more responsive to the changing needs of vast array of stakeholders.

Within this commitment, Commonwealth Professional Fellows Alumni (UEL Group) aim to contribute to the leadership development of young aspiring librarians, who can become catalyst of change in their respective institutions and in the wider LIS sector.
