PROFILE
Dr Shri Ram Pandey is currently Associate Professor and Head at Department of Library and Information Science, Central University Haryana, Mahendragarh. Before joining to CUH, he was working as an Asst. Professor at Department of Library and Information Science, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi (4.6 Years), MLS University, Udaipur (5.6 Years) and the LNMIIT, Jaipur (3.6 years).
He is the recipient of the prestigious Commonwealth Professional Fellowship at the University of East London, UK
He holds Master Degree in Library and Information Science from Bananas Hindu University and Information and Knowledge Management from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore,PGDLAN from University of Hyderabad and PhD from Sambalpur University, Odisha.
He is an expert in designing and developing learner-centric Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and trained thousands on professionals and teachers of various institutions in India.
His research interest includes Educational Technology, E-Learning, Ontology, Semantic Web and Knowledge Management.
He has published more than 50 research papers in UGC-CARE list/Scopus Index journals and conference proceedings, guided 2 PhD students and undertaken one research project.
He received several awards and fellowship for his career achievement including Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Award, UGC-Junior Research Fellowship, and BHU-Gold Medal.
