How to locate BioMedical Engineering books in the library?
The Library, IIT Ropar uses the Dewey Decimal Classification system and simple author code to classify books.

A class number is a simple number used to identify & locate books in the library.

Example: 571.64 for Basic Transport Phenomena in Biomedical Engineering.

An author code is simple letters used to identify titles written by a different author, i.e, the first three letters of the last name of the first author / first letter of the last name of the second author (if any).
