Research

Reactions with weakly bound nuclei, such as: 6&8He, 6&7Li, 9Be. Nuclear structure of medium and heavy nuclei, at high temperature and high angular momentum. Exploring rare decays in nuclei. Studies for neutrino-less double beta decay in 124Sn. R&D towards very high resolution, charged particle calorimeteric detector, based on superconducting Sn operating at 10mK. R&D for new generation superconducting accelerating cavities for heavy ions.
