Introduction

Dr. M. S. Pardeshi has over seven years of professional experience as a Research Scientist, Engineer, and Academic. Previously, he served as an Applied AI Research Scientist at the AI Research Center, Taichung, Taiwan. His expertise includes Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning applied to real-time industrial and medical domains, as well as information security in IoT-based fog and edge distributed environments. His research interests include security protocols, virtualization technologies, and the continuous adaptation of systems to emerging security threats and updates. His research work focuses on Secure AI, integrating artificial intelligence with cybersecurity, with applications in network security, fog and edge computing security, Internet of Things (IoT) networks, machine learning, and remote healthcare using deep learning techniques. He has practical experience with Apache Spark, Raspberry Pi 3B–based IoT platforms, and AWS cloud environments. His primary research focus in security is the design of secure protocols for fog and edge networks involving multiple IoT devices and cloud implementations, including computational cost analysis, time complexity evaluation, and formal verification methods. In the field of artificial intelligence, his work includes the design and implementation of novel algorithms for computer vision, Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI). He has reviewed more than 100 research papers for reputed international journals and publishers, including ACM, IEEE, Springer, Elsevier, and SCI-indexed journals.
