Introduction

Brajesh Rawat is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, Rupnagar, Punjab, India. He received his B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) degree from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal Madhya Pradesh, in the field of Electronics and Communication in 2009, and a Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati, Assam, India in 2017. For his Ph.D. dissertation, he worked on the modeling of 2-D material-based field-effect transistors.
