Leadership Conclave is an initiative by the student community of IIT Ropar to address some major issues that exist in the engineering field. As we know that in the last two years the mode of education was changed to online, which has resulted in the loss of the culture that used to exist in college and we need to re-establish this culture in the IITs. It is well known about the enormous potential and talent in UG students and if this is combined with the experience, guidance, and research of PG students, we can come out with great ideas and innovations that can help society. And so this conclave aims at arriving at a solution about how to integrate UG and PG students and combine their potential to establish new feats. There are several other agendas for the summit like to find some viable solution so that students get better facilities in the core companies, etc.
Thus IIT Ropar takes this lead in resolving the issues through a PAN IIT discussion so that the growth and development of Student community leads to a holistic development of our country.
