Dr. Balesh Kumar

Assistant Professor
I have obtained my Doctoral degree from Harish-Chandra Research Institute, Allahabad, India. After this, I joined the Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Chennai as a Post Doctoral Fellow. Before joining IIT Ropar, I was a Post Doctoral Fellow at the National Institute of Science Education and Research Bhubaneswar, India. My research interest is in Number Theory. More precisely, I am interested in the arithmetic and analytic aspects of automorphic forms (Modular forms, Hilbert modular forms, Jacobi and Siegel modular forms).
