I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. My research focuses on nanoelectronic devices, semiconductor device modeling and simulation, thin-film transistors, and ferroelectric memory devices. My work combines physics-based TCAD simulations, device characterization, and semiconductor processing to advance future electronic devices and circuits.
