Biography: 
Dr. Deepak Singh obtained his Master's and Ph.D. degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, West Bengal. His thesis primarily focuses on limit theorems. Before joining IIT Ropar as an Assistant Professor, he worked as a Postdoc in the Department of Statistics at Colorado State University, USA. He also worked for industry as an research engineer. Currently, he is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at IIT Ropar. His area of interest includes limit theorems, statistical inference, statistics.
