Library Orientation for New Enrollments

The Library Orientation Programme is designed to familiarize new users with the extensive print and electronic resources available at Nalanda Library. Participants learn how to access resources, perform library transactions, search the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), and understand the guidelines for effective use of the Library.

The programme also provides hands-on training in citation and referencing tools, academic writing support utilities, language tools, and plagiarism detection systems. These sessions help users develop essential research and scholarly communication skills from the very beginning of their academic journey.
